The Multi-Criteria Impact of a Multimedia Mobile Application
Dinu MIHAIL-VĂDUVA 15
The impact analysis of a multimedia mobile application requires a multi-criteria process of breaking down the complex quality attributes implicated into an educational process conducted with the support offered by the newest mobile device hardware and software capabilities. A separation between attributes of quality is necessary to be done and, consequently, a model of interaction between educational forces should be proposed. From our theoretical model we emphasized a possible correlation between the metric indicator named effectiveness of a multi-media mobile application and a classification order, amongst a series of mobile application, generated by a multi-criterion making decisions mathematical method. We correlated the indi-cator of a general academic performance, previously studied and published, with the effective-ness of a multimedia mobile application and a multi-criteria process of making decisions con-sidering our main objective as being orientated to the goal of finding arguments for a reasona-ble explanation concerning the impact generated by an optimum utilization of a multimedia mobile application. Our contribution is based on a theoretical model which emphasizing simi-larities between the teacher’s role and the mobile technology with multimedia support on behalf regarding a possible path toward a higher academic performance resulted from such a power transition.

A Classification Predictive Model to Analyze the Supply Chain Strategies
Elena PUICĂ 29
Big Data Analytics (BDA) has the capacity to increase communications and better manage supply chain strategies. The main objective of this study developed, firstly was a systematic literature review, to understand how BDA has been investigated on supply chain strategies, which resources are handled by BDA and which Supply Chain Management strategies are positively affected by those technologies, and secondly, to apply a classification predictive model to foresee the level of implementation of innovative technologies in supply chain strategies. The applied predictive classification model helped to offer an understanding and to determine that in supply chain strategies there are innovative technologies implemented and their percentage of implementation will have an increasing value. This study, that is focused on BDA and supply chain strategies, offers new opportunities, and is adding value and operational excellence for existing supply chain practices. The adoption of big data technology in supply chain can create considerable value-added.

Sentiment Analysis for Human Resources: A Comparative Analysis of Methods That Can Be Used Along With Modern Technologies
Laura – Gabriela TĂNĂSESCU 40
This paper offers an integrated vision for supporting the challenges that most of organizations meet when discussing about human resources. One of scenarios addressed nowadays with analytics and AI is related to sentiment analysis that can contribute to employee retention, efficiency and development. The paper will provide an interesting approach that takes advantage of data with the power of cloud and natural language processing. The aim of this research will be to compare a cloud-based approach, integrated with artificial intelligence and a more classical one that uses R as development language for a lexicon-based analysis. Finally, it will be presented the benefits and ease of use for the technologies used, as well as for the results obtained.

Labor Market Trends During The COVID-19 Pandemic
Florin-Valeriu PANTELIMON, Bogdan-Ștefan POSEDARU, Elena-Aura GRIGORESCU, Dimitrie-Daniel PLĂCINTĂ 50
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused several disruptions in almost all day-to-day matters around the world. To keep things under control, ever since the beginning worldwide authori-ties-imposed restrictions in relation to physical activities and therefore, organizations were forced to rethink the way they carry out professional activities. Thus, most areas that were based on the physical interaction between people were severely impacted by these sets of measures. Unfortunately, a negative impact that the pandemic state has had over the fields that were based on physical work is that economic pressure has forced some of the entities to com-pletely suspend their activity, leading to high rates of unemployment around the world, which also led to consistent financial efforts sustained by the government. To gain relevant conclu-sions, we analyzed several datasets that offer insights over all aspects of the labor market around the world mainly before and during the pandemic period. We also computed a correla-tion matrix based on economic sectors to compare the effects in the labor market for various industries. We analyzed the evolution of unemployment rate from Romania, commented on the breakdown of job loss by activity, interpreted the evolution of mobility based on Google data, explained the correlation between unemployment rate and the application of restrictive measures.

Basic Hyperparameters Tuning Methods for Classification Algorithms
Claudia ANTAL-VAIDA 64
Considering the dynamics of the economic environment and the amount of data generated every second, the decision-making process is changing and becomes data driven, highly influencing the business strategies setup in order to keep the competitive advantage. However, without technology, data analysis would not be feasible, reason why machine learning is seen as a disruptive innovation for businesses, especially due to its capacity to convert data into actionable outcomes. Though, for a high-quality machine learning model result, algorithm selection and hyperparameters optimization play vital roles, hence became high-interest topics in the field. To achieve this, various automatic selection methods have been proposed and the aim of this paper is to compare two of them – GridSearch and RandomizedSearch - and assess their impact on the model accuracy by comparing with the results obtained when default hyperparameters were applied.

Teachers’ Perspective on Integration of Mobile Solutions in Romanian Undergraduate Education System
Andreea-Cristina STROE 75
The purpose of this paper is to present the attitude of teachers from Romanian undergraduate education system towards digital solutions in the COVID-19 era and post COVID-19 era. Moreover, one of the main objectives is to analyze teachers’ openness to the further integration of mobile solutions in Romanian undergraduate educational system. This paper relies on a case study about the way digital solutions were integrated in the teaching process during the pandemic and if and how they will be integrated in the post COVID-19 era. The data was collected through a questionnaire spread among teachers from all the levels of undergraduate educational system. After the analysis, it was identified that digital solutions were a great help to undergo the teaching process during the pandemic and, once discovering their benefits, the teachers are willing to further make use of them. Nevertheless, it is teachers’ strong belief that the traditional educational system can never be totally replaced by an online/mobile-based system, but that the two can coexist for the improvement of the pupils’ education and engagement. Overall, this paper contributes to the literature by offering an insight of the way digitalization of Romanian undergraduate education systems is viewed by one of the main actors of the learning process, the teachers. While digitalization in university context was highly discussed, the undergraduate context was not paid the same attention and this study aims to increase the awareness that the undergraduate educational system needs solutions for digitalization too.
