Cristina-Claudia OSMAN has graduated the Faculty of Economics and Business Admin-istration, Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca in 2008. She holds a bachelor degree in Busi-ness Informatics, master degree in E-Business and a PhD degree in Cybernetics and Economi-cal Statistics from 2014. Her current research interest includes Process Mining, Workflow Management and Text Mining.
