Mihai GHEORGHE has graduated the Faculty of Computer Science and Automatic Control at The University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 2009. He is currently a PhD student at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He is also the owner of a software development company and has been managing most of the development processes that the company has been running for the last 9 years. His main research fields are Freelancing in IT, Global Software Development, Innovation in Software Development Management.
