Ionut BOSOANCA has graduated the Faculty of Automation, Computers and Electronics, University of Craiova, Computer Science specialization in 2009. He received two external scholarships, one in Germany in 2009, where he achieved his license project at “Universität der Bundeswehr, München”, and another in 2008 at the “University T.E.I of Piraeus”, Greece. In October 2009 he started to study in the Computer and Communication Engineering Master at University of Craiova, Romania. His interests are Vertical Handoff algorithms and re-sources allocation in wireless network.
