Mihaela ŞERBAN is a PhD student and a graduate of the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems. She is currently conducting research in Accounting within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Amongst her fields of interest are corporate governance, financial audit and internal controls.
