Anders HENTEN is Associate Professor at the Center for Communication, Media and Information Technologies (CMI) at Aalborg University Copenhagen. He is a graduate (1989) in communications and international development studies from Roskilde University in Denmark and holds a Ph.D. (1994) from the Technical University of Denmark. His main areas of research are information and communication technology innovation, service innovation and internationalization, regulation of communications, socio-economic implications of information and communication technologies including e-commerce and business models. | |
